  • Try your hand at planting salad saplings (take them home as a souvenir!) and, depending on the season, harvest your own produce.

Your visit will also include a delicious farm-to-fork lunch at our scenic Lakeside Plot, just a short tractor ride or drive away. Savor freshly made dishes featuring our signature pestos, dressings, and jams, all crafted on the farm. Warm pasta dishes and a vegetarian biryani are all part of the package!

After lunch, unwind in our playground with activities like a zip line, trampoline, and sandpit for children.

Go Kayaking or boating on the lakle to enjoy this tranquil paradise from the water as you unwind.

You can pay online at the time of placing your order, using any UPI mode of payment (like Paytm, Google Pay, Phone Pe, Bhim Pe, etc). You can use your credit card or debit card, or you can transfer via Netbanking with the help of CCAvenue.

Yes, we do issue refunds! We can also replace any items that you were not satisfied with, when we deliver your next order. For any refund /replacement, please contact us within 24 hours after your delivery. Please contact us, and we will revert to you. We do request you to get in touch with us, and send either a photo or the product itself back whenever we deliver to you next.

We are responsible for the quality of the delicacies, until our customers open them. The Mayonnaise, Belgian Samurai Mayonnaise and the Guacamole, have to be stored in the refrigerator, at all times. All the other products only need to be stored cold, after opening. The salad dressings can be stored at ambient temperature even after opening.

We take great care to deliver only the freshest produce to your doorstep, but if there is ever an issue, please do not hesitate for a moment to get in touch with us personally. We will do everything in our power to make sure you stay a devoted member of the GreenTokri Family!

The minimum order for FREE delivery is Rs. 400/-. If your order is below that amount, then there is a delivery charge applied at checkout, depending on the distance from our Delivery point in Kalyaninagar. With the variety of fresh products, delicacies and others we sell, It should not be the greatest challenge to reach Free-Delivery order amount of Rs. 300 ;)

What should I do with the plastic bags from my GreenTokri purchases?

At GreenTokri, we’re committed to reducing waste and embracing sustainable practices. If you’ve collected plastic bags from your purchases, simply return them to us! We’ll reimburse you based on the price mentioned on the bag.

While we can’t officially label our salad as organic, we prioritize growing it in a way that ensures both sustainability and safety. Here’s how we grow our salads:

Fertilization: We don’t use organic manure like cow dung, which can be harmful to raw vegetables. Instead, we use an inorganic fertilizer in a clean powder form, which is mixed into the water for our drip irrigation system.

Fertility Management: We maintain and renew the fertility of our fields through sustainable farming practices, ensuring that the soil remains healthy without the need for harmful chemicals.

Water Quality: Our own well-water, which is tested for minerals and heavy metals, provides a clean and pure source for irrigation.

Weed Control: We don’t use herbicides because our fields are covered with weed mats, eliminating the need for chemical weed control.

Sapling Care: We grow our own saplings in a dedicated nursery, ensuring the health and quality of the plants before they are transplanted into the field.

Although we don’t use the official "organic" label, we take great care to grow our produce safely, sustainably, and with minimal impact on the environment!

Yes, you can purchase our fresh salad directly from our fields or check our list of authorized retailers for nearby stores that carry our products. We offer farm-fresh produce that you can trust, either by visiting us directly or from select retailers who share our commitment to quality.

The shelf life of our lettuce depends on how and where it is stored. To keep it fresh, store it in the fridge at a temperature between 3 and 7 degrees Celsius. It should last for up to a week when kept in a plastic bag. Be sure the bag is not placed near the freezer section of the fridge, as freezing the salad will cause it to spoil.

Our salad is grown hydroponically in the most hygienic manner possible, ensuring it’s safe to eat straight from the bag or the field. However, there may be a few cocopeat crumbs or other debris that you may want to rinse off.

Here are some cleaning methods:

  • Rinsing: Simply rinse the lettuce under cold running water.
  • Soaking: Alternatively, you can soak the leaves in a bowl of cold water to gently remove any residue.

Both methods are effective, but be careful not to leave the salad standing in water for too long, as some of the vitamins could wash away. We recommend using filtered water for washing the salad to maintain its freshness and quality. Some people also use potassium permanganate to sterilize the leaves, but this is optional, and in our opinion, quite overkill.
