1-Day Return Policy

You have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return. This short window ensures the quality and safety of our fresh produce, which may spoil quickly if exposed to heat or sunlight after leaving our delivery center. For our delicacies and other products, please refer to the information below, or simply contact us - we will find a solution and make sure you stay a happy GreenTokri customer!

Farm Tour Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Rescheduling Policy:
You may reschedule your tour to a different date up to 24 hours before the tour’s start time (10:00 a.m. on the tour day you originally booked), subject to our availability and approval.

Rescheduling is allowed only ONCE  

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour will not be accepted, as preparations will already be underway.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 48+ hours before the tour: 50% refund, (50% cancellation fee applies)
  • Less than 48 hours before the tour: No refund (100% cancellation fee applies).

Avocados: GreenTokri Perfect Pick Promise®

Our promise guarantees you a delectable avocado every time. While our avocados are typically tree-ripened, they may occasionally arrive slightly firm. To achieve the perfect ripeness, store them in a paper bag or near a banana for 1–3 days.

If your avocado fails to ripen or spoils prematurely:

  • Contact us to arrange a free replacement with your next order.
  • Document the spoiled avocado with a photo for verification purposes.
  • We may request the spoiled fruit to be returned, as we use it—with the seed intact—to grow the next generation of avocado trees in our orchard.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please:

  • Contact us at sendmesalad@greentokri.com within 24 hours of receiving your item.
  • Returns will be collected by our delivery partner during the dispatch of your next order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like half used goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
